   报告摘要：In the talk,  the problem of local regularity of suitable weak solutions to the three-dimensional non-stationary Navier-Stokes equations will be discussed. It is going to be shown that axially symmetric suitable weak solutions do not have Type I blowups.

    G. Seregin教授1979年毕业于前苏联Leningrad Polytechnical Institute (现称圣彼得堡国立技术大学)，获博士学位后留校任教。Seregin教授主要从事弹性力学和流体力学的数学理论研究，取得了一系列有重要国际影响的成果。2000起担任Steklov数学研究所数学物理实验室主任，2007年受聘英国牛津大学教授，2003年获俄罗斯科学院Sophja Kovalevskaya奖，2010年应邀在国际数学家大会（ICM）做45分钟邀请报告。
