报告摘要:Epitaxial graphene is a source for large-scale applications development but also a platform to investigate novel functionality of atomically thin multilayer systems based on it. It can be easily engineered by the adsorption and intercalation of atomic species. We initially revealed the mechanism of the intercalation process and related effects of chemical doping of graphene……The alkali metal bilayers can be formed, where graphene is “sandwiched” between the two alkali layers. The presented atomic scale fabrication and newly obtained properties pave the way for versatile optoelectronics and plasmonics applications.

专家简介:20034月博士毕业于萨格勒布大学,2003-2006德国波恩大学博士后(洪堡学者),2006年至今在萨格勒布物理研究所,先后任研究助理,高级科学家,主任助理,主任。研究方向:表面物理和二维材料的研究与应用;外延石墨烯,过渡金属二硫化物结构、机械、光学和电子性能。
